The European Commission (EC) is scaling back sustainability reporting rules with two new proposal: Omnibus Simplification Package I and II, focusing on sustainability regulations. These proposal by the EC aims at streamlining and simplifying sustainability reporting regulations for businesses in the European Union.

Internal combustion engines, mostly powered by fossil fuels, are still the primary energy source for many industries, including boating and yachting. But as our society evolves and the scientific community reliably measures the impact of our reliance—its significant pollution and greenhouse gas emissions—our industry is at the forefront of responding to the urgent need for new technology and policy changes.

Water Revolution Foundation has received a special accreditation for the 2025 UN Ocean Conference.

As we celebrate our 6th anniversary, it also means that the founding board members have reached their maximum of two consecutive three-year terms serving on the foundation’s board.

In an exciting milestone, culminating five years of invaluable industry-wide collaboration, the YETI software tool was officially launched during METSTRADE 2024.

The second webinar on the Important Marine Mammal Areas (IMMA) programme, hosted by Switzerland for the Oceans, will take place on Tuesday, 26 November, 17:00 - 18:00 CET and dive deeper into critical mechanisms for ecological renewal and ocean conservation.

The next episode of the YETI Webinar Series will uncover how scores for the Yacht Environmental Transparency Index (YETI) are calculated and should be interpreted based on the input and output data, making clear why a yacht performs better or worse than the average in its category and therefore how to improve it accordingly.

The 2024 edition of Monaco Yacht Show is less than a month away, and we are excited to be collaborating as strategic partners for the third consecutive year.
